Who Are We?

What Is Charge Your Mind?

Charge Your Mind™ is a research-informed self-regulation program designed to help parents understand their own nervous system first — so they can better support their child.

Rather than focusing only on a child’s behaviour, the program empowers parents to:

  • Recognise nervous system states
  • Understand emotional and sensory responses
  • Build regulation skills that support connection, not control

This approach creates calmer homes, stronger relationships, and more confident parents

I just wish I had more time in my life to go through it more thoroughly. I definitely could use someone teaching me the modules as well as reading through it. So potentially a workshop to go through the modules would be handy, especially for someone like me.

I really love the terminology used like “glitches”. It’s everyday language that people can identify with. You’ve really made it understandable and clear to parents who are often overwhelmed and overloaded with information that they are trying to navigate through.

I absolutely loved it Hannah and Cheri and you should be super proud of this!

I thought the objective subheadings in each model were really helpful, especially to look back on if you are facing challenges in that area and needed reminding of strategies that may be successful.

I also loved the guide on setting up a sensory space and such a detailed list for sensory input resources.

Well done on creating such a wonderful and thorough program.

In the three years since [our daughter] was diagnosed... I have never had such helpful information- that just ‘clicked.' I am using the booklet like a bible!

I honestly absolutely loved it. You girls have done an incredible job. I think this would be a wonderful program for caregivers and teachers/educators as well.
