Who Are We?
What Is Charge Your Mind?
Charge Your Mind™ is a research-informed self-regulation program designed to help parents understand their own nervous system first — so they can better support their child.
Rather than focusing only on a child’s behaviour, the program empowers parents to:
- Recognise nervous system states
- Understand emotional and sensory responses
- Build regulation skills that support connection, not control
This approach creates calmer homes, stronger relationships, and more confident parents

Parent - First Regulation Framework
Cheri & Hannah
Meet our Founders
Hannah and Cheri are paediatric Occupational Therapists who have spent years supporting neurodivergent children and their families. Through their clinical work, they saw how often parents left sessions still unsure what to do at home. They founded Charge Your Mind to bridge that gap, creating a practical, parent-first framework that turns regulation theory into clear, real-life action.
